"Hello! My name is Ron Sanders of Personal Touch Custom Auto World on behalf of Expert Village we will now explain tint maintenance. After spending money on preserving windows by putting window film on them you should want to take care of your window tint. Outside is regular glass so there is really not much maintenance require for that. But for the inside where you have the laminated tint surface maintenance is very essential. . First and foremost the solution that you use to clean the tint should not be a 100% ammonia. For example if you buy a window cleaner say Windex over the counter the best way to dilute it is pour half of it out and fill the other half with water. This would make the tint cleaner and soft enough not damage the finish on the tint with the straight ammonia but still strong enough to still remove any dirt or debris. Cleaning your tint always use a soft rag, never use steel wool, sharp objects. You could even use this is a surgical rag you could w et it with just plan water and wipe the surface. Because it is a laminated surface you don't have to use a strong cleaner. This laminated surface protection from any sticky substance so you don't have to use like Barsol or chemical to get any stickiness off of the windows. Just wipe it gentle and soft and you should enjoy this window tint for years. That wraps up this segment on tint maintenance thank you for watching and enjoy your window tint."
