"Hello, my name is Frank Torres and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. And this segment is on security of your e-files. Security of your e-files, just like security of your regular files is - needless to say - a very important thing. Now there are measures that you'll have to take with windows to ensure that your e-files stay secure. There are a lot of options available on Windows which allow access to certain people, certain groups. You'll want to make sure that those are enforced with your network administrator or your local IT guy. Just like you wouldn't have a file cabinet contain top secret documents with your organization's information on it in the middle of your building or in a place where everybody can get to them, it's the same reason why you'd want to control access to your e-files. Sensitivity of the information of these documents is very important. You should take whatever precautions it takes to make sure they stay secure."
