"Hello, my name is Frank Torres and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and this segment is all about e-mailing your PDF files. Now, the great thing about going paperless and saving all that space in your office is that you're not losing instant access to your documents. That means, if a client across the country needs to see Jane Doe's reference, all you have to do is a couple of clicks, insert it into the e-mail, and he'll have it in no time. Let's go over how that process is done. All right - I've got my Gmail up. I know a lot of you guys use Outlook. There won't be too difference with them; they're the same general idea. We'll go ahead and just type our information in here. Let's say we're going to paperpusher@hotmail.com. He's not as high speed as we are. He's still pushing a lot of papers around and wasting a lot of space in his office. And he wants Jane Doe's reference. And I suppose we could copy and paste it off the original document. But, if paper pusher needs to use that or show it to someone else, it's not going to be a true representation as would be as a PDF document. So what we'll do is, we'll hit attach file and we'll go to Acme Box company Efiles. All right, where is Jane Doe's stuff? Compensation and Benefits. Employee Reference. There's our PDF file that we used to scan in our hard capacity scanner then stored away in our file management system. Click on it, click open, and there it is attached. We'll go ahead and click send. Yeah, it's fine. We don't need text. All he needs is the original form. And the message has been sent. Now our good buddy paper pusher across the country will have all of Jane Doe's necessary documents without wasting money on postage, without having to wait for the postage to get there. It's one of the many advantages with going with a paperless operation."
