on 8/25/2009 Wow, great content on these vids Frank. Check out quikforms.com. It's software that automates all paper forms into PDF's and allows them to be submitted for digital signatures in any industry.

"Hello, my name is Frank Torres, and I am here on behave of Expert Village. This segment is all about getting the software you need for this paperless operation. Just like your hardware, I think you would be happy to know that the software requirements for a paperless operation are things you already have. And once again, this will save you a bundle all in the process of saving you even more money all in the process of going paperless. Lets take a look at slim software requirements you need to start your paperless operation. There are really only two software programs you need to start your paperless operation. One, is "Go Windows." "Windows XP", "Windows Vista"; they all have what we need, which are the folder structure, the folders and the files structure. This gives us the chance to separate all our paperless files into neat little sections. They also have the security features which controls access of who you want to look at those files. So, I know a lot of companies out there have Windows XP or Vista and you are already ahead of the game. The next you'll need is Adobe Acrobat. When the paper goes through your scanner, it will transfer most every thing into PDF files. Adobe Acrobat is the premier program used for reading those files. The reader is down loadable for free on-line. Now, there are upgradeable versions of Adobe that are available. Those are at an additional costs and they have a lot of neat features that will let you alter your documents, highlight passages, insert documents. I find that useful when having your paperless operation, but not necessary. The key is to reduce paper, and to have all you data and to save office space. A lot of these software programs you already have and the cost to putting them together should be about zero dollars. Once again, saving money while saving money you can't go wrong with that. "
