"Hi. I'm Doug. I work with twenty great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods and we are going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. Alex has just cleaned off the surface area really carefully with the compressed air. He's going to apply a weld-proof primer. A number of manufacturers make it. It's used for repairs just like this where you need to get into spots that you won't be able to prime or do any paint repair after the welding is done. You can see that we are going to be welding structural pieces in there and covering up the parts that he's currently priming. So the purpose of this primer is to make the steel that is in there...to rust-proof what's in there. And this kind of primer likes the heat of welding. It doesn't get destroyed by the welding. Most primer, most rust-proof primers, you don't want to be welding on them. This is designed specifically for welding on."
