"Hi my name is Mark Delgado with American Auto Service for Expert Village. On this truck, you have a high side port and a low side port clearly marked. These have to be hooked up to a gauge unit so that you can read the proper messurements to be able to tell what's going on with it. We have a refrigerant machine hooked up to this vehicle. This will tell us if there is refrigerant in it. If there's no refrigerant in it, we need to charge it up and then find out where it's leaking. If there's full charge but you still do not have cold air comming out of your vents then we need to check for maybe an electrical issue with the compressor. Is it really comming on? Is the clutch engaging so the compressor is working"
