"There is a windshield cover inside the door that protects the cold, hot air coming in This can be peeled away. You locate the power window motor which is behind this panel right here and you trace the wires around and they are here. On this particular car, there are two wires; one for up and one for down. You would take your test equipment and tap into the window circuits. The window wires come down here, they flow through the door panel and into the vehicle where it is fuse protected and allows operation through ignition. "
