Video Transcript

"I'm Robert Wilkins from the Car Alarm Shop and we are covering right now basic power window wiring for Expert Village. What we are going to go in is how to access the hidden screws in the door and then what we are going to do is take the door panel off to see how to access wiring for power windows. Start by taking the screws off, put them in a safe place so you don't lose them. The way we take off a door must be properly reinstalled the same way. There is a hidden screw here behind the carpet. In some instances, you have hidden screws behind speaker covers, hidden screws behind power window switches. Not on this case on this Mazda. There is a hidden screw right here. Once all the screws are taken out, you do a test pull because you don't want to break clips to make sure some doors pop out with ease. On some cars, the door panel lifts up rather than out. "
