" Hi! This is Holly and on behalf of Expert Village I’m going to talk to you in this clip about firming the face, lifting the face and one of the things you can do at home is some toning exercises. Now it may look silly but to tip your head back, lifting your chin high you’ll feel a stretch throughout the neck muscles and then you’re going to jet your teeth forward and then kind of give yourself a little biting motion like if you’re biting the air and that will help tone under the chin and into the jaw line, looks like this…it may look silly but it really does work. Another item can you find in a professional salon for toning is different machines that actually send electrical current in order for the muscles to contract, whereas you can work your bicep in a gym and tighten it up your face really has trouble finding a way to contract those muscles to make them stronger. This machine is an ultrasonic dermabrasion facial and this machine will glide against the skin and you’ll find where it will tighten those muscles up, it’s not painful, it’s a way to do maybe a little bit of a non surgical facelift, those other micro current facelift available today and they’re very well worth the price to go in and have that toning done to your face to lift and to get a more youthful look."
