I’m going to talk a little bit about UV rays and I don’t just mean outside I mean tanning beds as well. UV rays are extremely damaging to your skin it is the number one reasons we age is because of the sun and we also tend to submit ourselves to fake rays in tanning beds. What you want to try to do is always limit your time in the sun always wearing a sun screen SPF 30 or higher, use a sport cream something that’s waterproof and even during the winter time make sure that you completely cover you body anything that exposed year around to prevent those rays from getting to your skin. One thing to remember when you’re tanning is when your body changes color it is your skins reaction to being injured so think of it that way and be very sun smart year around.
