"This is Holly and on behalf of Expert Village we’re going to talk about mask. The first mask I’m going to talk about in this clip is a mud mask and when mud mask or clay mask come in it’s more for oily skin or if you have a lot of impurities in your skin mud and clay can lift from the face. Now I’m using my fingers for this mask but in other segments we’re going to talk about the different applications with brushes and a musk is just lightly drawn across the skin never rubbing or pushing on the skin just like little feathers. You want to just draw that mask around avoiding the eyes and the lips making sure that you do get it onto the bridge of your nose which is a place that accumulates a lot of dirt there’s where we get a lot of blackheads and you’ll find if you get too much dirt you’ll start seeing those large pores, large pores are just simply your skins way of trying to stretch out and hold more dirt, so you want to get that mask on there. And you’ll let it set and dry if you’re usually following directions maybe about 10 minutes and that mud is going to absorb those impurities and pull it out of the skin. To remove a mask like this I’m going to use a hot towel but at home use plenty of water lots and lots of warm water not too hot, not too cold and making sure to remove all traces of the mask. After every mask you should use a toner follow every mask with a toner, get your face clean."
