Tips for Using Eyeliner Pencils

" Thank you for visiting expertvillage.com we are going to be discussing different makeup applicators. A little bit of pencil and this is black coral pencil. Typically the darker the hair the darker the eyebrows the darker the eyeliner. If it is a natural look. Since we are doing a dramatic look then I'm going to go with black for underneath. Go ahead and look up. I'm going to put a little bit on her eye rim because this is going to enhance the drama and this is a very very soft pencil. Don't sharpen it to to much because your are just going to kind of scratch your client. So I like to have a little bit of nob on my pencil. I don't like to have a sharp sharp I like a sharp sharp lip liner but not a sharp eyeliner and this would immediately will start giving it a dramatic look."
