How to Apply Lip Liner

So I'm going to go to this side and I'm going to lift up slightly you see she got lip right the we are not using we need to use every little part of it and I'm going to go up. You are going to go up. Same thing we are going to start in the center and we go up. I'm going to fill in the lips with liner and if you notice it is kind of a brown base because it is going with our theme here.
