" Hi, I am Nili Nathan. I have a TV show and a website called Great Healing Getaways, where I research, write and report on holistic health. I am very happy today to show you some recipes that you can make right at home to make a homemade facial. This next one is particularly good for people that have an oily complexion, so you want to use it once a week for about a month. So you will start of with some green clay. Take three tablespoons, put it in a bowl and then this is hot water that I have heated up before and you want about three tablespoons of hot water and then you are going to add two drops of Rosemary essential oil and two drops of lemon 100% pure essential oil, which you can find in a health food store or online, just make sure it is not synthetic. You want to use 100% pure essential oil and then you get your fork out and you start to mix this into a paste. If you need to add a little bit more hot water, just like that. Okay this is coming along nicely and then what you are going to do is you can apply evenly on your face and your neck. Leave it on for about seven minutes and it is a deep cleansing clay mask. Here put a little bit on my hands so that you can see. Leave it on for about half an hour, go lay down and relax, take some quiet time and then rinse it off with some warm water."
