"Hi, I am Nili Nathan. I have a TV show and a website Great Healing Getaways, where I research, write and report on holistic health. Today I am showing you how to make some homemade facials that you can make right in your kitchen. It is easy, it is good for your skin and it is inexpensive. This next one is using aloe vera as a mask and it is particularly good if you have dry sensitive skin or if you have been sun bathing out in the sun; it is real simple to make. You get aloe vera juice and I put three tablespoons into a bowl. One, two, three and then I add about one tablespoon of aloe vera gel into the bowl and then two drops of rose oil. You want to use 100% pure essential oil of rose which you can find in a health food store or online; don’t use the synthetic one. Then you mix it up and you apply this evenly on your face, neck or anywhere actually on your body that you want to with a cotton ball and the combination of the aloe vera gel and the juice and the rose will help heal and soothe your skin. You just put it on I would say for 5 or 7 minutes. Did I already say that? Then afterwards, you would rinse it off with warm water."
