What is iWeb?

Apple's iWeb software is a website creation program included as part of the Macintoch iLife creativity suite. It allows users to create and publish website pages & blogs without knowledge of HTML, by using templates and drag & drop features for adding photos, video, mp3s and other media files.

Okay in this series of clips we are going to be talking about a program of clips that will be called I-Web and it is made by Apple Computer and it is part of ILife and what it does basically is, it creates websites but it doesn't do any type of HDMail code that you have to write. It does everything by drag and drop. So some of the things we are going to show you today are how to choose themes, use your text box and make shapes. Use this thing called web widgets. It will let you put in your youtube videos and things like that. We will show you some things like the inspector and how to put some media in there. Some of the other things that we are going to be showing you today is how to set up a log, how to set up a photo album, movie page and things like that. So I am Bill Mapherson for Expert Village."
