on 11/23/2008 Good info. I would use the air can spray outside on your dusty item so you don't dirty up the rest of your computer (and house).

" Hi welcome back to expertvillage.com and next thing that I'm going to show you is how to take out the fan here from the CPU because I want to show you the heat tank underneath the fan usually that has dust to so we are going to try to get that out to with a soft bristle brush. Alright so I'm just going to take out the four screws over here. There, there, two more screws to go. What you do is just hold the fan here and spray short burst of air. There see just make sure that you hold the fan with your finger because when you spray the fan is going to spin you don't want to spin the fan to fast. You may destroy the barrens or wore it out. See there. Spray here here, spray on the other side. Now there is a little bit of if you want to clean the fan out completely what you do is maybe you could take a soft bristle brush right over here and just clean the blades like that. Okay because the air won't get everything. Just clean the blades one by one."
