"Hi, this is Linda Lewis on behalf of Expert Village.com. Check out my website at www.keytime.com. Often time’s people will be working at a dining room table because they can spread out and this of course would need to be taken care of because if I were to sit here and type, this is what happens usually when people start typing like this and they lean over. It is important to have your posture where you are sitting up nice and tall and then you want to have your wrists up and so this enable again has your elbows down below your hand level. So a solution would be to easily get some pillow that work and you could put down the pillows down on the chair and you want to make sure that when you are sitting down that you can still get under easily under the table and then to sit up nice and tall. This brings it in the proper position. If it is too tall for a child you want to make sure that their feet were elevated like a large phone book or another pillow but this is something that you will be able to type much longer and be much less tired at the end of your session."
