"Hi, this is Linda Lewis on behalf of Expert Village.com. Check out my website at www.keytime.com. What are some secrets for typing at home? Often times when you want to go like to your kitchen table to check your e-mail, that you need to think about how you are going to be working. If you are going to be sitting there for several hours, you would want to make sure that you are in a position where your hands are not like this. This is the most damaging thing you can do is to put pressure on your wrist and have them on the keyboard. Your elbow should be level with your keyboard itself so that your circulation can go into your finger tips because it has a lot of work to do to get out to your finger tips this way. So what you should think about is, is the table too high, can I raise my chair and do I have an ergonomic chair that I can raise up or put pillows on. In this case if I was sitting at the kitchen table, I would just go side ways and put the keyboard down on my lap and then I would be able to have my work here and be able to produce so I would move the chair and be able to work for a long period of time, because my elbow and my hands are at the same height. There is another option like working at a dining room table where a lot of children seem to do homework and people work so those are some things we will show you next. "
