"Hi, this is Linda Lewis on behalf of Expert Village.com. Check out my website at www.keytime.com. It is very important to remember to stretch. A good one for the back of the neck is to just take and just let your head hang. Again, holding it 3 to 5 seconds and then very slowly what you are going to be doing is rolling your head to one side, taking your ear to your shoulder, taking your hand on that same side, extending your stretch, you want to gently pull so that you are stretching your neck and then drop your hand and take your chin and then take it over the shoulder. Then you want to take slowly and roll your chin back down to the center and then relax. Then you will repeat that for the other side. Taking your ear to your shoulder, extend your stretch, drop your hand, look over your shoulder and then rotate back down to the center. It is important not to go to with your head back because you can pinch a nerve. So you want to make sure that you go to the extent of your shoulder and then back down to the center. Your shoulder, back down to the center. Be sure and do that often to be kind to yourself."
