"Hi there! I'm Fran Friedman from Morning Star Animal Sanctuary and I am here to talk to you about traveling with your ferret on behalf of expertvillage.com. Sometimes when you are traveling and they are in close quarters you have some ferrets that maybe don't normally travel together in the same cage but you want them to travel nicely together in a larger cage, you can use a product called Bitter Apple or Bitter Lime. All you have to do is spray this on the back of the neck of each of the ferrets so that they both smell the same and believe me they go to bite it and they don't like it so it does encourage them to get along better. Also sometimes ferrets that even do get along, get a little stressed and anxiety in traveling so you might want to bring this along. Just make sure you don't have any scuffles going on and that they have a nice safe trip. It is totally safe and is definitely used by many ferret people even on their feet so that they don't bite your feet."
