"Hi, welcome to Play Drum Devon Lanes, my name is Glenn Soanes with Expert Village. Tonight we're going to work and walk you through some advance bowling techniques so you can improve your game. Once you get yourself set in your stance one of the major things in bowling is the timing of the ball to the approach and the swing. Timing is the relationship to the elbow of the bowling hand to the foot, the starting foot in a four step approach the heel of your starting foot in a four step approach, second step and a five step approach is tied to your elbow. Once the heel moves and that point the elbow wants to push the ball away and allow the weight of the ball to follow away from the baller and come back up. When you're in timing you'll end up over the foul line, you'll be able to post the shot and you'll be able to hold the shot as the ball goes through the pin, a nice easy swing."
