"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to teach you some arm balances. Okay, so if you're able to get into a lotus, while you're upside down you can try this next pose, rooster pose. The way I come into this pose is first come into a tripod headstand. Then come into lotus. Then you're going to lower your knees into your upper arm. Knee keep the belly pulled in and bring the gage to the tip of the nose. When you're ready to let go just release your feet and you can come back into a squat. Good. Let me show it to your from a different angle."
