"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to teach you some arm balances. We're going to come into a squat again. We're going to bring our hands us, so our hands are again shoulder distance and we're going to sit back into our upper arms. Instead of bringing our legs straight in front of us, we're actually going to bring our feet up, we're going to cross our right ankle over the top of our left. We're going to hook our feet together and just gaze down the tip of our nose. Again, making sure that your weight just not go through your wrist. It's going through the whole hand and the belly's pulling in towards the spine. To come out of the pose, separate feet and bring the feet to the floor and bring the feet to the floor and bring your hands back through."
