"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to teach you some arm balances. Alright, moving forward. Go ahead and bring your left foot to the floor. Then you're going to bring your left foot up and you're going to bring your left shoulder under your left knee. You're going to bring your hands to the floor, that same position so that your wrists are shoulder distance. You're going to cross your right ankle on top of your left and see if you can kind of hook your feet over one another. You're going to press your left foot down, pull your belly in, and bring your chest forward. When you're ready to come out of the pose, pull the belly in, drop back, and come down."
