"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to teach you some arm balances. Okay, now we're getting to the fun stuff. If you have sticky mat, stick your feet to it's the width of the mat. If not, stick your feet about 2 1/2 feet apart. You're going to bend your knees as if you're coming to a squat. You're going to reach your hands behind you. Again, your hands are shoulder distance, elbows are in line with the wrists and the shoulders. You're going to set your weight back onto your upper arms like you're creating a little shelf. You're just going to start to walk your feet forward, squeeze your legs into the arms, start to straighten the arms. Again, keeping the belly pulled in, the navel pulled in and gaze down the tip of the nose. When you're ready bring your feet to the floor. and come out of the pose. Now, from another angle."
