"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to teach you some arm balances. Okay, so let's move on to try another arm balance. We're going to step our left foot forward and we're going to bring our hands into that same position where our hands are shoulder distance apart. Again, we're not letting all our weight go into our wrists. We're making sure that we're distributing the weight through the whole palm all the way through the fingertip. We're going to bring our left shoulder under our left knee and we're going to tip our right elbow in just a little bit so that we can rest our body on our right elbow. We're going to bring toes forward and we're just going to shift our weight forward. Bring your heart forward and lift your right leg up. When you're ready bring your feet in and down to the floor. Good. Let me just show it to your from another angle. You step with the left foot forward, bring in the left shoulder under the left knee bringing the hand shoulder distance. Tuck your right elbow just a little bit, bring the left foot forward, and then start to shift my heart forward, bring my sternum forward and lift my right leg up."
