"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to teach you some arm balances. Okay, so if you're feeling pretty strong with your side pro pose, let's try a variation on the pose. Again, we're going to come up into our little squat. You're going to turn to the side keeping our hands shoulder distance. We're going to bring our legs forward as if we were coming to an extended, and then we're going to take our top leg back. Now, notice how I shift forward just a little bit to counter balance my leg that's in the back. When you're ready just bring the feet together and come out of the pose."
