"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to teach you some arm balances. Okay, so now we're going to come into extended side pro. Again, bringing your hands to shoulder distance, balancing the one thigh onto your elbow, and then we're going to start to extend our feet forward. Make sure your keep your belly pulled in, keep your left elbow in, and your right elbow in so that they're in line with the wrist and the shoulder. When you're ready, bring the feet back and come out of the pose."
