"This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village on job interviews. I would like to talk to you about some do's and don'ts and particularly the don'ts. A few other things you don't want to do and for heaven's sake and I am sure no one would do this but don't pull out a cigarette and smoke a cigarette even if you are nervous. Whatever you do, don't chew gum. Chewing gum looks like an old cow up there and it is not impressive at all. Have clean breath. Don't eat garlic. If you had a hamburger, you may smell like a hamburger. So make sure you have all that taken care of and your breath is fresh and I would avoid wearing heavy cologne or perfume because I am personally allergic to perfume and I would not want to be interviewing someone while I was sneezing with runny eyes and who knows, your employer could be allergic to this perfume or cologne you wear so avoid wearing that also."
