How to Answer Questions in a Job Interview

"This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village and we are going to talk about job interviews. I am going to talk about this aspect of the interview, answering your questions. Let's face it. It is one of the most important aspects. If they ask you a question that you don't know about, there is nothing wrong with saying, I'm sorry I am not familiar with that. Don't go, I don't know. Just say I'm sorry I am not familiar with that. That will be fine because they don't expect you to know everything about it. Before you go go your interview, you should have done your homework on this company where you are going to be hired and if they ask you anything about it, you can impress them with the facts that you have. You also could do your homework by preparing questions at home yourself. My daughter was in pageants and she had a whole book of potential questions that might be asked by the judges panel. So that is a good thing. What are your future plans for this company? What would you like to see yourself in this company 5 years from now."
