"Hello! Peggy Charlton here for Expert Village. We are talking about the actual interview itself and I would like to emphasize you about articulation when you are speaking and your body language. Of course you want to look the person in the eye; we've already established that but you need to articulate. That means you don't go in there and you don't now uh hum. You say your speech very correctly. You use good grammar skills and you enunciate where they can understand you. They are not going to want to hire someone that can't be understood so you want to be really sharp ion your speaking. Body language says a lot too. If you go in and you have shaken their hand and you are looking go and then you sit down, you plop in your chair, you don't sit on the edge of your chair, you are slumping, your foot is across the chair, these are all no no's. You need to sit up into the edge of your chair because that says to them, they are really interested in this job. If you slump back in your chair, that is giving them the wrong signal."
