"Hello! Peggy Johnson here for Expert Village. I am going to discuss how to prepare for a job interview. I would like to emphasize how important appearance is. It is probably right up there with anything you are going to do. If you come in T-shirt, jeans, shorts, cap on, a guy with earrings on, this could be a turn off and you need to dress appropriately. You need to have a suit on or something. For instance, it depends on what you are interviewing for but if you are interviewing for fast food, I still wouldn't wear jeans. I would wear khakis and a nice shirt. No T-shirts with writing on it, never. A dress shirt long sleeved shirt with cuff for guys and girls need to wear nice shirts and not little tight T-shirts or nothing cropped tight or anything like that. Even if your employer lets you wear earrings and at this point yuou don't know that, so probably would be better not to wear earrings if you did not wear earrings if you are a guy."
