You're video resume is your chance to separate yourself from everyone else that's applying for the same job you are. You need to be sure to touch on a few points during your video. Number one: Introduce yourself, state your name, location, or desired location, and remember to be personable. Number two: Answer the question, Why Me. If I'm an employer what about your presentation is going to make me move to action. Make sure your video is unique, yet personable and professional all at the same time. Number three: Make a unique selling point, USP. What about you is unique, why are you the one the hiring manager should spend their valuable time interviewing. Remember, they don't owe you a call back, you have to earn it, your video resume is your chance to show the employer why they need to interview you before they make a hiring decision."
