"Hi, everybody my name is Angela Pugh. I'm the mother of two teenage daughters, for a while I was a single parent. So today I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm here to teach you how to apply for welfare. So we have printed our password and our access online number you want to do everything you can to keep this, file it away with other important papers that you may need for your family. After you printed the information hit continue. This page asks you for the applicant information your first name, middle name, address and you zip code, don't forget to list your apartment number if you have that. It's going to ask you to do all the people who receive mail at the same address and it's going to ask you what language you like to receive your information in. It will also ask you the opportunity to apply to list your P.O. Box if you prefer to use that. Click continue, this page will tell you that they are going to validate your mailing address, it will tell you the living address is at one location and your alternative or mailing address is at a different location. Next they want you to be sure that you entered your correct legal name and in some cases your name may be hyphenated and they want you to be sure that you have all of that information as well. The applicant information page two now ask for telephone numbers, they want your home number, work number if you have one and your cell phone number. They also want an email address, hit continue."
