Step 1
Starting with a section of ribbon, (about a 1 1/2 yds), make a loop at the top of your bow.

Step 2
Now your ribbon will be pointing downward. Make another loop. Twist your ribbon (about a 1/2 a twist). Repeat this process until you have 3 loops on the top, and 3 on the bottom.

Step 3
Using the steps above, make 6 smaller loops in front of the others.

Step 4
Holding your bow, grab a piece of wire with your free hand, and wrap it around the center of the bow. This secures the loops and is helpful when adding the bow to corsages, bouquets, boutonnieres, etc.
