Difficulty: Easy

Tips & Warnings:

  • Always hold your bow in process with the same hand!
  • The first few times you try this, your hand may cramp a little from holding the bow. Dn't worry, this is normal! :)

Step1
Starting with a section of ribbon, (about a 1 1/2 yds), make a loop at the top of your bow.
Step2
Now your ribbon will be pointing downward. Make another loop. Twist your ribbon (about a 1/2 a twist). Repeat this process until you have 3 loops on the top, and 3 on the bottom.
Step3
Using the steps above, make 6 smaller loops in front of the others.
Step4
Holding your bow, grab a piece of wire with your free hand, and wrap it around the center of the bow. This secures the loops and is helpful when adding the bow to corsages, bouquets, boutonnieres, etc.
