Tips & Warnings:

Make sure you have a compatible file type
Use an emulator that looks easy to use
I'm not telling you to do this, but its pretty cool
Make sure you make a restore point in case you really mess something up

Step1

First you need to download an emulator. Go to www.emualor-zone.com and download a Playstation 2 emualtor. There are a few so find one that you think you will be most comfortable with.

Step2

Next you have to download the BIOs from http://rs262.rapidshare.com/files/78143372/PS2_Bios_PAL_SCPH30004R_V6.bin. Download the free version unless you feel like dishing out some money for it.

Step3

You then have to add the BIOs to PS2 emu/ BIOs folder and add dual core mode.

Step4

Configure the emulator the way you want such as controls, display settings, etc.. Open a PS2 file in the emualor and wah la. PS2 via PC!
