Tips & Warnings:

  • Omelettes can be filled with almost any filling you should desire
  • Egg protein gets tough from heat. Be aware of your cooking temperatures to keep eggs soft.
Step1
Crack your desired number of eggs into a mixing bowl (3 is usually the limit for a well folded omelette). Scramble the eggs completely. Add a pinch of salt.
Step2
Heat pan and add butter to coat pan. Heat until just before point of smoking.
Step3
Add egg mix, and allow to set momentarily. Swirl eggs around the pan as shown in the video. Mix eggs to prevent browning, but do not break omelette.
Step4
Add you choice of cooked ingredients to the center of the omelette. Fold one third of the omelette over the center distributed ingredients.
Step5
Finally fold final third over and flip omelette onto seam to seal. Serve and enjoy
