More tiny clips can be added to make a larger rack.
A small red pom pom, push pin or similar little red item can be squeezed in to the front of the head to make a 'Rudolph' version of the deer
ignoring Step 1-A will leave the handles in, and thus wire or a hoop, etc can be attached to make this in to a Christmas tree ornament
May lead to office supply theft.
Step1
Binder Clip Positions
A) take 1 small black clip, remove stainless sheet steel handles form black portion of clip - putting it in the "permanent" position
B) Attach the 2 medium sized clips and attach them half way on the small clip.
Make sure handles are in the open position. This forms the legs and body.
Step2
Create the Neck
Take 1 small black clip, fold the stainless sheet steel handles in to the 'Closed' Position. Slide the black portion of the clip into the body so the stainless sheet steel handles stick out the top. This makes the neck.
Step3
Take 1 small white clip, fold the stainless sheet steel handles in to the 'Closed' Position. Slide the sheet steel handles in to the opposite end of the body, so the white clip can be seen. This becomes the tail.
Step4
Take the final small black clip and attach it to the neck. Leaving it in the 'open' position. This becomes the head.
Step5
Finally attach the tiny clips to the stainless sheet steel handles of the Head, and the outer most handle. And then add another tiny clip to each tiny clip.

As a retired engineer, I cannot understand American spelling. Here we spell "sapling" as sapling. Why the double "p". Did a Norwegian dream up the spelling, "sappling". Are only girls and nottrees called sapplings over there in USA.
