  1. Step 1

    Open an Opera window.

  2. Step 2

    Hit 'Shift' and 'F12' at the same time. The 'Appearances' window will appear.

  3. Step 3
    Icon Size Choices
    Icon Size Choices

    Look at the bottom right corner. You will see an 'Icon Size' box. It will say 100%, so you must select the drop-down menu and choose an either higher or lower percentage.

  4. Step 4

    Preview your icon size in your Opera window. Then, when you're content, hit 'OK'.
