How to use do it yourself (DIY) flexible plastic tubes on your centerpieces. They add color and height to your creation, and can also support a second level. Add glue around the tube.
Add more low temperature glue around the outside of the tube
Add shred to your tube.
Add filler of your choice (here we use shred) into the tube.
Top off.
Top off or cover (your choice).
