    Pour the olive oil into the fry pan and heat it to a low high. Fry the loaf of bread both sides until the bread absorbs the olive oil. Use the spatula to flip the loaf.

  2. Step 2

    Add to the loaf mozzarella, tomato sauce and the adds-ons. Cover and lower to a medium high heat and fry until the mozzarella is hot, about two minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Take out the fried pizza with the spatula and let it stand for about one minute or until the tomato sauce is not hot. Serve.
