Step1
Add extra virgin olive oil to a sauce pan and heat it to a medium high temperature.
Step2
Add the meat and fry both sides for about one minute for each side.
Step3
Add balsamic vinegar to the top of the meat and cook both sides for about one minute each.
Step4
Serve--the flavor is excellent.
