Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Click on "Start" and then to "Settings."

  2. Step 2

    Under the "Personal" tab, click on the "Lock" icon.

  3. Step 3

    Check the box "Prompt if device unused for:" and specify a timeout for the password lock option.

  4. Step 4

    By default, Simple PIN is used. This makes it easier for you to enter your PIN or password every time the screen is turned on. Choose your PIN or password at this point, making sure to enter it twice to confirm.

  5. Step 5

    Click "OK" and "Exit." Your PDA should now be password protected.
