You just bought a Windows Mobile or PocketPC Phone device and wish to change the ringtone. Here's how you do so.
Click on 'Start' and go to 'Settings.
Click on 'Sounds and Notifications' and choose the 'Notifications' tab.
Under 'Event', choose 'Phone: Incoming Call'.
