Step1
BASIC JUMP
Begin by grasping handles in hands and relaxing the middle of the rope at your ankles, with both hands at your sides.
Swing rope over your head in a forward motion, keeping your feet together jump over the rope. Jump 10 times then rest. You may increase your speed and reps as you feel more comfortable.
Step2
REVERSE BASIC JUMP
Begin by grasping handles in hands and relaxing the middle of the rope at your ankles, with both hands at your sides.
Swing the rope over your head in a backwards motion, keeping your feet together jump over the rope. Jump 10 times then rest. You may increase your speed and reps as you feel more comfortable.
Step3
TWISTER
Begin by grasping handles in hands and relaxing the middle of the rope at your ankles, with both hands at your sides. Swing rope over your head in a forward motion, keeping your feet together jump over the rope. Jump 10 times then rest. You may increase your speed and reps as you feel more comfortable.
Keeping your feet together, twist your lower body to the left as you jump over the rope then turn to the right as you jump over the rope again. Alternating left to right. Jump 10 times then rest. You may increase your speed and reps as you feel more comfortable.
Step4
JOGGING STEP
Begin by grasping handles in hands and relaxing the middle of the rope at your ankles, with both hands at your sides.
Swing rope over your head in a forward motion, walk or jog over rope switching feet, increase speed as you feel more comfortable.
Step5
DOUBLE UNDER
Begin by grasping handles in hands and relaxing the middle of the rope at your ankles, with both hands at your sides. Swing rope over your head in a forward motion, keeping your feet together jump over the rope.
Jump up once, swinging the rope under your feet twice. Advanced-(3 times)(4 times)(5 times).
Step6
CRISS CROSS
Begin by grasping handles in hands and relaxing the middle of the rope at your ankles, with both hands at your sides. Swing rope over your head in a forward motion, keeping your feet together jump over the rope.
Cross your arms (put your left hand on your right side and put your right hand on your left side) and then open your arms again after you jumped over your rope in the crossed position.
