    - Integrity
    - Justice
    - Non-conformity
    As you set your resolutions, how can you make them your overall concept of life? Turn your intentions into goals that fit the integrity of your being. You are not fake and will only embrace New Year's Resolutions to meet the high standards for yourself. However, just remember that few people including yourself will ever meet those standards.

    What gives you joy?
    - Knowledge
    - High standards
    - Being emotionally cool and calm
    - Solving problems
    - Designing systems
    One way Greens make their resolutions stick is to tie the resolutions to their overall philosophy or purpose.

    What gives you stress?
    - Illogical people
    - Purposeless emotional outbursts
    - No time to think and process
    - Details
    - Injustice
    To help lesson the stress, develop a well reasoned New Year's Resolution plan connected to your purpose in life. You will be tempted to drill down all your faults and weaknesses to incorporate into your resolutions. Don't do it! Instead, focus on an area or aspect of your personality you can improve. Focus on one and complete this area to your satisfaction.
