How to Tie a Balloon Directly to a Ribbon

Video Preview

Summary: This How-To will help shorten the time it takes to tie helium (and air) filled balloons directly to ribbons. Stop tying the balloon first and then tying the ribbon to the balloon! This method is also friendlier to the environment because it eliminates plastic clips and other ties.
