In all my life I have had to put up with a lot of things that gets me so stressed out to the point my head hurts. Don't you just hate those days? I'm always dealing with stress and it's those who are train in this area that really gives you the wrong advise on how to deal with it! They only tell you what you want to hear or what they want you to believe but they are never always right! It's what you feel that matters and you yourself can find your own stress relief in which isn't hard to do at all and this article will show you just how to do that. The fact of it all is that we can't escape it, for it's all around us. It exists in our homes, our lives, our country, it's the very stress that has us to where we just am so angry at everything and everyone but there is a way around all of that! It's just the matter of knowing what to do when you find yourself getting stressed. You just need to set your mind to where you can get around it all around all that has you feeling like this. Hopefully these three steps will give you an Idea of what to do!

  • Attention: These steps might and might not work for you for we all are not the same but it does give you an idea of what you can do for yourself. You will be able to find a way to feel more relaxed and less stressed out. If I can do it then I know you can as well, just keep in mind that we are only human, and we can't let stress take over our lives.
  • Warning: Do not let yourself get to stressed out for it will bring you to the state of mind to where you have a meltdown and start causing harm to yourself or others, if you do not take care of it as soon as it begins you might end up getting violent and that isn't where you want to go! Could cause you to go to jail if you get that way so it's advised that you take the proper steps end order to relax your soul!
Step1
When you find yourself getting stress close your eyes and take a deep breath in! Find that happy place in which you will feel calm and relaxed. Make this place your escape route for a minute or two. Counting to ten doesn't work, trust me I have counted to a hundred and still feel the same as I did before, instead just take a trip in your mind to your happy place.
Step2
Open your eyes and see if you are still as stressed as you was before you started step one, if so, find something that you find relaxing, like if it's going for a walk, reading a book, drawing, or even sitting back and drinking a warm cup of milk while listening to some soft playing music. Take all the time you need till you are not so stressed any more.
Step3
Last thing you can try is think of what it is that has you so stressed, then ask yourself if it is really worth getting all stressed out over and think of what you can do to make the issue a lot better. Try talking to the person or people that has you stressed, ask them to help you by trying not to push you to the point that you are at. It's always good to explain to them that what they are doing is stressing you out and that you can't take it any more and all you want is for them to back off and give you a break. Just make sure that they don't take it the wrong way because they just might, that's always best to explain just what they are causing you! Let them know that you care about them but they need to show you a bit of care as well, after all we are all just human!
