How to Unstick Your Button Maker Machine.

Introduction

While using the button maker, you will notice that the black paint will start to chip off where the handle moves. These paint chips can cause the machine to get stuck. This demo shows mylar stuck in the upper die.

Tips & Warnings:

  • Do not put more than one shell or excess mylar into the machine. It can get stuck.
Step1
Use a flat head screwdriver to move the upper die from the stuck position.
Step2
Shimmy the screwdriver little by little between the die and black piece.
Step3
Once the screwdriver is between the two pieces, twist gently to separate the die from the black piece.
